Geht das mit meinem Fahrrad überhaupt?
Wenn es funktioniert, sehr wahrscheinlich! Wenn du dir nicht sicher bist trete einfach über die Mailadresse mit uns in Kontakt. Dann können wir uns dazu austauschen. Zudem bieten wir euch einen kleinen Vorabcheck in unserer Werkstatt am Hermannplatz an.
Der Fahrradcheck findet am Dienstag, den 09.08. zwischen 17.30 und 20 Uhr in der Werkstatt von Rückenwind statt.
Du denkst das ist zu weit?
Keine Sorge. Als Gruppe fahren wir ein gemächliches Tempo und machen Toiletten-/Trink- und kurze Erholungspausen, wo immer es nötig und erwünscht ist. Im Vordergrund steht der Spaß. Wir teilen die Strecke in 2 Etappen (Donnerstagabend und Freitag) auf. Um den Weg zu verkürzen aber dennoch das Fahrrad auszufahren kannst du gegen am Freitag 10 Uhr in Lübben (Bahnhof) der Tour hinzukommen. Um das Fahrrad in der Bahn mitzunehmen nimm am besten die S-Bahn nach Grünau und radel bis zum Bahnhof Königs Wusterhausen. Von dort den Direktzug nach Lübben.
Wohin mit meinem Gepäck?
Am besten hast du Fahrradtaschen und entsprechende Vorrichtung am Fahrrad diese zu transportieren. Ein schöner Nebeneffekt einer Fahrradanfahrt ist die Reduzierung auf das Wesentliche. Wenn es doch mehr sein sollte frage Freund*innen, ob sie einen Teil im Zug/Bus/Auto mitnehmen können.

Join us for a joint bike tour through the beautiful Spreewald to the Wilde Möhre festival. The bike tour will be lead by expeirenced bike lovers. We will guide you along the route and assist in case of breakdowns. Nonetheless, we recommend that you have the planned route with you on a GPS-compatible device.
The start is in Grünau (S-Bahn) at 6:00 pm (on Thursday – 11.8.) with overnight stay in Unterspreewald.
Alternatively, you can join us on Friday 10:00 am (12.8.) in Lübben (train station).

Can I join with my bike?
If it’s working, probably! After all it is the legs that really matter! But if you are unsure, just send us an email with a photo of your bike and we can advise. We will also offer a small check in advance of the tour at our workshop by Hermannplatz.
The bike check up slot is Tuesday 09.08. between 5:30 and 8 pm at the Rückenwind workshop.
Wow that looks far!?!
Don’t worry, this will be a group ride at a leisurely pace! We will take regular toilet/drink stops when necessary and desired, as well as longer meal breaks (and maby even a cheeky swim!). The focus is not on setting a record time, but on having fun! We divide the route into 2 stages (Thursday evening and Friday). To shorten the route, you can join the tour at the train station in Lübben (Spreewald) on Friday at 10.00 am. To take the bike on the train, it is best to take the S-Bahn to Grünau and cycle to Königs Wusterhausen. From there take the direct train to Lübben.
Where to put my luggage?
Take it with you! Best is to have bicycle bags and appropriate equipment on your bicycle to transport them. Also a nice side effect of a bike tour, is that you’ll pack light! If you really need more, ask your friends if they can take some of your luggage with them on the train/bus/car, or contact us.
